Mozart meets Pop brings two familiar but very different musical worlds onto one stage: Mozart's brilliant, playful and touching music contrasts with songs by ABBA, Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Adele and Queen opposite.
Sometimes elegant, sometimes energetic, sometimes touching: The interplay between Mozart and pop music gives familiar pieces a fresh sound. Short introductions guide the audience through the evening, inviting them to listen more closely, compare, and be surprised – all within the unique atmosphere of the St. Anna-Kapelle in Zurich.
An evening of music for everyone who can't decide between classical and pop: Mozart lovers will discover familiar works in a new light – and those who usually prefer pop will experience the great hits with the power and warmth of a String quartets. This is how it connects Mozart meets Pop Two musical tastes combined into one shared experience – ideal for an evening with friends, with family or as a special gift.
In the heart of Zurich, just a few steps from Bahnhofstrasse, the St. Anna-Kapelle to the stage for a crossover concert, the likes of which you don't hear every day in Zurich.
